The day is a story-led experience curated around connection. See yourself in the pages of the book, the stories shared on stage but also in the conversations and the community experience that will leave you feeling seen, heard and understood.

Jessica, Mothertelling Attendee

“What an incredible experience. Truly. I actually booked my ticket last minute as my sister in law was a story teller. I really went in to support her but ended up so tuned in and in tears with every single story teller. Everyone so different yet so relatable. It was beautiful and I literally cannot wait to attend then next one!”

The Heart Behind Mothertelling.

Hello! I’m Courtney Hobbs, the founder of Mothertelling, a platform that helps people share, connect and celebrate all that Motherhood is through sharing our real, lived experiences live on stage.

Mothertelling was created because I saw how many women were carrying entire lifetimes of stories with nowhere safe or meaningful to put them.

As a teacher, storyteller, mother, and community-builder, I’ve spent years watching what happens when people are finally given the space to speak and be heard.

Everything in me believes this: Stories are not just meant to be told. They are meant to be held.

Mothertelling is a growing ecosystem of events, programs, and spaces where people can find their voice, build their confidence, and tell their stories with courage.

And the Main Stage Experience is the place where it all comes together.

💛 "Setting the intention of finding your community is one thing, stepping into the experience of finding them is another & I'm grateful to report, I have found them. An incredible woman bringing together incredible women whom bravely share their stories, step out of comfort zones, evoke feelings & releasing of emotions within themselves & in the audience, all leading with light through storytelling - those are my kind of people - thank you Courtney!"
